    Bernadette Lim currently serves as Project Manager on the American Medical Association's Digital Health team, specifically supporting AMA's telehealth efforts. In her role, she supports the design and development of telehealth resources and initiatives supporting physicians, care teams, and health systems, optimize, sustain, and/or expand telehealth at their organizations. Key telehealth programs Bernadette supports include the AMA Telehealth Immersion Program and The Telehealth Initiative. 

    Bernadette has served the AMA for 7+ years in a variety of roles. Previously in the Physician Satisfaction and Practice Sustainability group, Bernadette supported health systems and practices implement practice transformation interventions designed to improve physician satisfaction and prevent physician burnout. At the AMA Foundation, Bernadette led philanthropic programs focused on public health, medical education, and seed research. Prior to joining the AMA, Bernadette supported a variety of health systems in Chicago. She aided in Graduate Medical Education operatons at Loyola University Health System, and at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, assisted patients in enrolling in health insurance. 

    Bernadette graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Systems Management from Loyola University Chicago Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management at Loyola University Chicago Quinlan School of Business.
